TASTING NOTES
The nose, delicate, displays notes of red fruits, currants and raspberries, with a touch of spices. It is a very elegant and pleasant wine with a good standing and an overtone of softness. On the finish, it is slightly spicy.
AGING Part in French oak barrels 6 months.

FOOD PAIRING
Will pair perfectly with roasted red meats - lamb, duck, beef.
