Il Nero Sangiovese Del Rubicone NV 75CL

Regular price1,065,000 LBP

This Sangiovese hails from Northern Italy's Emilia Romagna region, which is geographically diverse and therefore allows a great variety of grapes to be grown. Sangiovese is Italy's most popular grape and is prized for its high acidity, firm tannins, and balanced taste. Its typical fruit flavours consist of dark cherry, plum, with additional tomato leaf and dried herbs, making it an ideal companion with Italian cuisine. This dry red features long maceration period on the skins and fermentation of about two weeks before ageing 6 months in oak casks.
